Shipment

• Bpost takes care of the delivery of your order
• Your order will be sent in a letterbox box or a postal parcel
• Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days on average (weekends and holidays do not count as working days)
• We always create a Track & Trace code so you can track your order
• Different options are always negotiable (collection at a postal point, Saturday delivery, or adding insurance)
• Tea Kulture is not responsible for delays at Bpost
• You can pick up your order free of charge in Zonhoven or Hasselt (all arrangements will be made via e-mail)
• If you live in Zonhoven, you can also opt for delivery by bike.
