Refund policy

Tea Kulture promises that all tea will be shipped to you in perfect condition. If you are still not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 days of purchase at info@teakulture.be. 

Together we will find an appropriate solution.

Indeed, tea preferences are very personal and everyone’s tastes are different. Often the amount of tea used, the infusion time or the water temperature can make a big difference.

If you are trying a new tea for the first time, we recommend ordering a smaller quantity first.

Please let us know via email as soon as possible when you:
– have received a product that differs from what you ordered
– if the product received is damaged (please attach a photo proof).

We will get you a new product as soon as possible!

From an ecological and sustainable point of view, we do not work with returns. Compensations are always made via refunds or shop credith
