Ginger Mint is a spiced infusion from Kazi Yetu, blending green tea, mint, ginger and rosemary. The mint is sourced from smallholder farmers in Morogoro, while the rosemary grows at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania. This combination creates a perfect balance of freshness and warmth. The infusion won the AVPA Award for Best Herbal Blend and was named Drink of the Week by Imbibe Magazine.
The infusion is light green and releases a fresh, spicy aroma. The taste balances mint and ginger, rounded by rosemary and a gentle, warming finish.
In Dar es Salaam, women at Kazi Yetu carefully package the tea. The company provides stable employment and training, empowering women and small farmers across the region.
