Lemongrass Cigar

Lemongrass Cigar is a striking creation from Kaley Tea Estate in Sri Lanka. The tea takes the unusual shape of a small cigar — as practical as a teabag, yet entirely handmade and packaging-free. A simple idea, executed with precision and craftsmanship.

The leaves are hand-picked, briefly steamed, pan-fired and then tightly rolled around lemongrass. The cigars are dried for several weeks, allowing the leaves to develop their own aroma and character.

The infusion is clear and light green. The taste is fresh and soft, with the lively scent of lemongrass in harmony with the gentle tones of green tea.
