Silver Tips is a white tea that hails from the lush forests at the foot of Adam’s Peak in Sri Lanka, where 130-year-old semi-wild tea trees reach up to twenty meters high. Skilled hands carefully pick the youngest, most delicate buds. After harvest, the silvery, downy tips are left to dry naturally under the warm sun.
The resulting infusion is crystal-clear, carrying sweet and fruity aromas with a whisper of spice. Its taste is gently sweet, with a silky, honey-like texture and a subtle spiciness, finishing fresh and clean.
Forest Hill’s Silver Tips earned international acclaim, winning a gold medal at the AVPA Awards in France.
Storing loose leaf tea correctly is important to preserve its freshness and flavour. Keep it away from the four elements that affect quality: air, heat, light, and moisture.
