Wild Black stands out for its deep colour and expressive aroma. The fragrance combines rose and honeysuckle with sweet notes reminiscent of honey. The flavour reveals dragon fruit and papaya, enriched by berries such as raspberry and blackcurrant. The result is a lively black tea that pairs beautifully with sweet dishes.
The leaves are carefully picked and go through withering, rolling and oxidation, creating layered aromas and a balance between floral and fruity tones.
Wild Black comes from old bushes around Mount Lushan in Nantou, where the tea plants grow freely without irrigation or fertilization.
