Bpost takes care of the delivery of your order
Your order will be sent in a letterbox box or a postal parcel
Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days on average (weekends and holidays do not count as working days)
We always create a Track & Trace code so you can track your order
Different options are always negotiable (collection at a postal point, Saturday delivery, or adding insurance)
Tea Kulture is not responsible for delays at Bpost
You can pick up your order free of charge in Zonhoven or Hasselt (all arrangements will be made via e-mail)
If you live in Zonhoven, you can also opt for delivery by bike.
