Nepali Chai is a spiced blend from Nepal, made with organic black tea and local spices such as ginger, black cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper. Its base is Kanchanjangha Noir, a summer-harvest black tea from the foothills of the Himalayas, crafted using traditional techniques. On Kanchanjangha Tea Estate tea bushes grow between 1300 and 1800 meters in an environment defined by clean air, fertile soil, and generous rainfall.
The infusion glows deep amber, with an aroma that weaves warm spices through the earthy richness of black tea. On the palate, ginger brings a lively kick, cinnamon adds gentle sweetness, and black cardamom lends depth and complexity.
Nepali Chai offers a unique yet straightforward take on the traditional Indian masala chai.
