More About Qing Xin
Qing Xin Oolong comes from the Fu Shan sub-region in Nantou County, Taiwan. The tea plants in this area grow in mineral-rich soil and produce a flavour that is truly unique.
The cultivar is more delicate than the Siji Chun cultivar, especially at low altitudes like in Bagua Shan. This, provided proper garden management, makes for a more complex tea compared to other Qing Xin Oolongs, which are often grown at higher altitudes.
Therefore, this is a rare and delicate tea with a complex flavour profile, traditionally picked and produced by Wang Family Tea. The tea has a light mineral aroma and delicious sweetness.
