White Prakash is a white tea from Nepal, harvested at the foot of the majestic Mount Kanchenjunga. At Kanchanjangha Tea Estate the young leaves are hand-picked, then gently rolled to release essential oils that give the tea its distinctive aroma.

The infusion is a pale gold, offering a floral bouquet with notes of vanilla, buttercream, and honeysuckle. Its flavour is soft and sweet, with a delicate freshness that lingers in the cup.

Pour the heated water over the leaves, fully covering them, and let them steep for 3 minutes for the initial infusion.

If you are brewing it using the Eastern gong fu cha method, use around 3-5 g of leaf for your gaiwan or small teapot (around 120 ml).
